Omega has recognised that Graduate Recruitment has become more labour intensive than most, if not all other recruitment areas. We have developed a specialist recruitment programme with professional sourcing and assessment methods that will attract the best high calibre Graduates to precisely suit our clients’ corporate long term plans.
This systemised approach is based on the known skills and convenience that the majority of graduates utilise, especially in access the internet and communication through structured direct telephone communications. This programme centres on our web-based front end recruitment system, which allows potential grads to learn about the in-depth requirements of client companies, their culture, the specific types of roles to be filled, the long term prospects and what is expected from them. The system then takes graduates through the recruitment process and allows them to complete a competency-based application form which will be used to for screening and selecting candidates.
Unlike traditional recruitment, Graduates do not necessarily have extensive work experience. Our specially trained assessors set out to systematically score all applications.
