Recruitment Consultant – Professional/Technical
LOCATION: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
PACKAGE: Basic: £20K - £27k basic + bonus + benefits
Omega Resource Group plc is looking to further strengthen their award winning team. A dynamic, privately owned business, Omega has offices throughout the UK and Europe within five divisions. Omega Selection Services, the founding division, delivers bespoke engineering and technical recruitment solutions to a wide range of businesses; small local companies to blue chip multi-nationals.
There is currently an opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to develop further business and deliver professional and technical recruitment solutions to the Engineering and Manufacturing market.
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience and a solid proven track record of selling and delivering recruitment solutions. You will also be speaking to senior management within engineering / manufacturing companies and therefore experience gained within this market will be a distinct advantage.
As Technical Recruitment Consultant, you will be required to:
Network and cold call to attain new business, utilizing various resources provided to you by Omega.
Deliver professional, often bespoke, recruitment solutions to local and national engineering and manufacturing companies.
To enable you to be successful in this position you will be provided with excellent resources, support and ongoing training to ensure you are successful. We are however seeking an experienced consultant with experience gained within the technical market.

Recruitment Consultant - Energy or Renewables

Omega Selection Services has a specialist Energy Division which recruits at all levels within the power generation, LNG, process engineering and Oil&Gas markets. We are looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant from within these markets who has a proven track record billing perm revenue in Energy / Renewable market sector. The Senior Consultant must be able to demonstrate market knowledge and proof of billings over a period of time. They must have at least 2 years experience within the energy field.
