Omega Resource Group plc, originally launched as Omega Selection Services Ltd in 1998, was founded in Stroud, Gloucestershire, in the UK by three recruitment specialists. From the beginning, the prime objective was to establish a unique high quality recruitment services business, that offered innovative solutions in the rapidly changing world of employment.
At the heart of this plan was the commitment to provide a service of honesty and absolute integrity - an ethos that continues today and is rigidly adhered to throughout the Company services operation. The all-encompassing desire was simply to be the ‘best in business’.
At the end of the Company’s first decade in March 2008, Omega Resource Group plc, with four defined service Divisions, has grown exponentially, achieved multiple best practice business awards and realised a turnover in excess of £24million in the 2007/2008 financial year. The organisation currently employs over one hundred staff working in nine UK business centres and three established overseas resources – two in Poland and one in The Netherlands. Through exemplary service delivery, innovative marketing and entrepreneurial flair, the company has become a significant and recognised international brand organisation of excellence.
