Internal Account Executive

Salary:	£18,000 per annum

The internal Account Executive will be the first point of contact for all prospective and existing customers.
Reporting to the Account Manager, your duties will include telephone and email communication to arrange sales meetings and you will have regular contact with transport/ operations/ IT and customer service depts. to ensure the smooth running of the depot.
The role includes:
- Sales to generate leads and appointments, working to an achievable target.
- Customer service, dealing with all customers in a first class manner to ensure satisfaction
- Activity reporting, updating CRM programme & customer management information.

Ideally, candidates will have experience within a sales/ business environment and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
